 Fasting special cutlets are made using our Upwas Thalipeeth Bhajani. These cutlets are suitable for all fasting occasions and festivals but can also be consumed on normal days as it can be a tasty and filling snack option.

One can customize and make these cutlets using their own recipes.

Ingredients:                                                                               Quantity

  • Sonkan Upwas Thalipeeth Bhajani                       100 grams
  • Potato                                                                     3 Nos (large size)
  • Green chillies                                                          1-2
  • Coriander leaves                                                    5-6 sprigs
  • Salt                                                                         As per taste

How to Make

  1. Boil 3 large sized potatoes. Peel and mash them.
  2. Add the mashed potatoes to the upwas bhajani mix.
  3. Add green chillies, coriander leaves and salt as per requirement.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together until stiff.
  5. Make small sized roundels and press them to form a patty
  6. Add ghee/oil to the pan.
  7. Place the patties on the pan over a low flame
  8. Shallow fry both the sides.
  9. Enjoy with curd or green chutney.
