Ragi Cake Mix 200g

Ragi (Nachani) grown in our own farm and the neighborhood farms is used as a Raw Material. This Ragi is sorted and cleaned. We then wash the Ragi and soak for a couple of hours. This sorted, cleaned, washed and soaked Ragi is then dried in shade before milling.
