A quick and healthy mix of flours, ready to use with common pantry items.
INGREDIENTS: Varai(Barnyard millet), Sabudana (Sago), Rajgira (Amaranth) and Jeera (Cumin)
Add 2 cups thalipeeth flour to 4 boiled potatoes, roasted crushed peanuts (optional) and enough water to form a soft dough.
Divide into 4 equal portions, and flatten each to the desired size & thickness, on a plastic non-stick sheet/ banana leaf.
Transfer to a hot, greased pan & make 4 little holes to drizzle ghee on them.
Cover & cook on low flame until bottom turns brown. Flip and cook for 1 more minute.
Serve with your favourite chutney.
