Perishable Items

Products such as instant mixes, Ragi Satva, cereals, and items with a short shelf life are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, spoiled, or unusable. In such cases, please notify us within 6 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • Your Order ID

  • A brief description of the issue

This process helps us review the matter quickly and take corrective action.

Non-Perishable Items

For packaged, dry, or long-shelf-life products, you can request a return or refund within 24 hours of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging
