Delivery Coverage

The Sonkan Foods shipping policy currently covers major regions across India.
As our logistics network expands, we continue to include more locations and even international deliveries in the near future.

Order Confirmation & Processing

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via SMS or email.

Delivery Timelines

We offer multiple delivery options for your convenience:

  • Express Delivery: Available in select service areas; orders arrive within 1–3 days, depending on location.

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders confirmed before 5:00 PM are shipped the same day.

  • Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the following day.

  • Scheduled Delivery: Customers can mention preferred delivery slots in the notes section during checkout, and we’ll make every effort to honor these preferences.

Shipping Charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on your location, order value, and delivery method.
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499, while a nominal fee applies to orders below this amount.
All applicable delivery charges are displayed transparently at checkout before payment.

Delays & Exceptions

We strive to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.
However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic congestion, public holidays, or courier partner limitations.

Delivery Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact number and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order.
If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, our team will attempt to contact you.
A second delivery attempt may be made depending on the situation.
If unsuccessful, the order may be canceled, and a refund processed according to our Return and Refund Policy.
For prepaid orders, refunds are issued within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Limitations

Sonkan Foods is not liable for delays or delivery failures due to factors beyond our control — including natural disasters, strikes, road closures, or courier network issues.
