Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business (working) days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a likelihood of a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will endeavour to contact you via email or telephone, in case the same is provided by you while placing the order.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Pune city.

UPDATE: Delivery times may vary due to the present COVID-19 crisis.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses ships to addresses within India provided they are complete as required by courier companies, their representatives and / or their carriers. Dispatches based on PO box addresses are not accepted. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. If possible we would provide your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. However, in exceptional circumstances, and at the sole discretion of, the damaged goods would be replaced free of cost to the customer without charging for additional shipping charges as a matter of courtesy.

We currently do not ship to China.
